I realized this morning I can no longer sleep on my sides as the pins/needles become ‘way too painful to tolerate. Luckily, doc appt today at 9:30am, woot!
And got to the gym twice yesterday:

It’s all about how I chose to move forward instead of glomping around going wah.
Not to day, glomping around going wah isn’t a good thing…
It certainly does take one’s mind off pain!

I’m not going to waste time complaining about pain. However, I did give myself permission to sleep past 6am and I think I’m ‘way more alive.
I had an interesting view yesterday night.
Life is always the way it is… but what about creating an avatar for it?
ie, I’ve been MamaBear years ago….
… and nowadays, I’m viewing myself as more of a ‘warrior’ type person to handle it all.

I do plan on getting myself out to the gym today and seeing if I restart what I’ve lost before.
