Have you heard of autoposting?
Basically, it means take a RSS feed from some other place and allowing that to create content on your site.
So… why would you want to do that?
Lots of reasons!
Let’s say that you mail to your list via aWeber or GetResponse.
Did you know you can set up an RSS feed for that….
… and then use wp plugins like:
wordpress.org/plugins/rss-post-importer/
to have all that content sent to YOUR site?
It’s quite easy, actually….
… and that means that if you want to research just WHEN you promoted a particular product….
… you just have to search on your WP installation to see when you sent out that email.
Armed with that info, you can then locate that message in your past sent broadcasts (because its timestamped on your blog) and send it out again.

Activism.
See, I’m writing this at 9pm on Tuesday night.
I was all set on going to sleep….
… and then got a call from my youngest.
Who…. questioned me about the art of peaceful protest.
Now, when you’re at a boarding school, the thing is…
… Protesters often get suspended.
I will admit, it’s a very good lesson to internalize as well.
After that conversation, I realized…
…. ain’t no way in heck I am going to sleep easily tonight. Wheeee!
So I got up to ensure your morning newsletter reaches you at the best time possible (5:30am or 6am)
I will be *very* interested to see how it all falls out.
Parenting… it’s an adventure BUT….
… it’s also very cool to see kids learning how to stand up for their rights.
And in other news, my 3rd kid who is attending Early College (instead of being a junior at a high school)…..
…. he’s doing such an awesome job that a transfer to an official 4 year college might happen sooner as opposed to later.
All of my kids far surpass me when it comes to achievements…
… if I can keep them stable and centered on becoming self-sufficient adults, it ’twill be a Very Good Thing indeed!

You give yourself permission to tell yourself, okay, this is NOT making me happy nor letting me work well.
And instead, you structure things *differently*.
If of course, that works well for you.
Give yourself more *time* to make things happen.
Don’t try to smoosh everything into 1 day and 1 day only, if possible.
Set up a dare/goal for yourself that is a fraction of whatever it is you used to do….
And *then* make that happen.
It might not be an apple a day, but it certainly could be a coffee a day! 🙂

Ever wish you knew exactly what happened in the season finale of Discovery?
Of course you do!
I mean, how can any non-sane individual NOT want to know?
And OMG, it was just such a …. privilege… to watch it!
I wrote:

Well, right now, that’s how I feel about Star Trek Discovery.
Just watched the end of Season 1, and how it pulled together all of the hanging threads and wove it into a brilliant conclusion for the most part yet also offered a grand teaser for Season 2….
It was just plain masterful and it was a privilege to experience it. So satisfying indeed.

I’d recommend ensuring George and Marlon’s pages have “See first” in your settings, or even save each page to a new subfolder in your browser (call the folder Morning Wakeup) so every morning, you can simply open all the new pages in one brand new window and start the day.
