Let’s simply say that while I did get to the gym (all together now, yay!)….
…. that was followed by my arm falling off along with the sensation of a vertebrae being removed from my spine.
True, the arm didn’t *really* fall off, but wow….
The pain was *not fun*.
Came home, went on bedrest, worked from bed.

First off, my apologies for missing yesterday’s perkup.
In a nutshell… ever get just SO tired and tired and tired and T I R E D when it comes to dealing with some kid things?
Growing up, I know, is a hero’s journey. But my gosh, sometimes parenting is as well.
So I basically treated myself to some “me” time… stayed quiet, did some work quietly from bedrest and yep.
It was time I just needed.
But Sunday was rather good – the husband and I went to the gym (all together now – yay!) and we had a good lunch date as well.
