NOTE! I just reviewed CommentLuv Premium – check it out over at
But back to what I was saying….
Morning!
What a day yesterday. WAH!
I mean, okay, it was pretty good work-wise…'matter of fact, due to a huge mis-communication between a best friend and me, I said to hell with the entire freakin' world and dove earlobe deep into building up the community aspects of my site.
Yay for that!
WAH for the mis-communication.
Hey, it happens (and is about as welcome as when gangrene happens) but I think ideally the issue will be resolved later on today. I truly hope so; I really love my friends bigtime indeed and hate it when intentions get misread (by both parties).
But I digress!
Unless you've been tunneling in the earth's mantle in a frantic search for frozen woolly mammoths, you probably have heard of Commentluv.
Aye?
What's that, Nay?
OMG! I certainly cannot allow that sorry state of affairs to continue! See, Commentluv is this utterly incredible magnificent plugin that will pull up the last post by your commentors…thus giving them a wondrous reason to comment at your blog.
You can download CommentLuv here.
Now, one of the nifty benefits of CL is that it encourages and builds up a sense of community! For example, I'm certain that John and Allan and Jens and Tristan and Patricia and Mike and Sheila and dozens of other folks know me, just like I know them – we comment at each other's blogs regularly.
It's a great plugin indeed!
So….
It occurred to me that telling everyone about the 141+ Commentluv blogs that I follow about….might be a Very Good Thing indeed.
And here are their feeds!
Make a subfolder in your reader called Commentluv, and add the following below.
What's that? You don't know how to add a folder in Google Reader? Not to fear – here's a great video tutorial to help you out.
With that, enjoy!

Whew!
What a collection, eh?
But trust me on this….if you add these blogs to your reader, and start commenting daily on your favs as well…you'll start to build up your own Search engine visibility (lots of inbound links, see) and also your own particular warm and friendly community to boot.
One fantastic benefit to the above is when you're part of a thriving community, you can ask their help to publicize your own business and marketing goodies online!
What's that?
You don't yet *have* your business online?
Well then, you're in luck! A few months ago, I wrote:
21 Easy Steps for Putting Your Business Online….in Less Than 24 Hours
It's over at my Weekly Expert Sales site.
I've been putting my own businesses online now since 1997…and it's a fair shake to say that yes indeed, I *do* know what I'm doing there!
Wouldn't having your own business online at the *beginning* of 2011 be a great way to start the year?
Not only that….and because it's the holidays, I've decided to run a sale for it too – you can slash off $10 from the price at the above link!
Or heck, this link here:
Definitely a win-win, eh?
I thought so too. 🙂
Oh yes, one more thing….
If you have a comment-luv enabled blog…please do let me know in the comments below. The more the merrier!
Enjoy!
Grow strong,
Barbara Ling
PS – And one last thing….
Today would be Day 15 for Maxing One's Holiday Sales.
And in the book, part of Day 15 is, "showcase niche blogs. "
Which, you'll notice….I just did.
