Where was I?
Ah yes, Wednesday!
But first:
I’m seeing lots of folks posting about how not everyone is looking forward to the holidays and how one should support these folks.
100% agree.
The next question, though, is HOW you can support these folks.
Some ways include:
1.) Invite them over during the holidays.
2.) Invite them out during the holidays.
3.) Post inspirational memes on your FB wall about inner strength and personal growth (sometimes a very subtle approach is required, but if you know your friend follows you/reads what you share, it can make a positive impact).
4.) Engage in conversation via chat – tell them you’re thinking about them, wish them well, and then (any convo you think they might enjoy).
What if folks are lonely and you’re an introvert who doesn’t do well with people?
5.) Write a post about how to lift OTHER people’s spirits (sometimes doing good for others makes people think, we’ll I’m still in a lousy situation but I did brighten the life for others!). aka, visit a local hopsital, nursing home, shelter, SPCA, etc., write cards, bring goodies for pets, etc.etc.etc.
6.) Go to your local newspaper section and see what activities your town is offering. Create a post about that on your FB wall so local peoples will see it.
What if *you’re* the lonely person and don’t give a damn about anyone else because life is so bleak?
7.) Write a love letter to the person you want to become. ie, express how miserable your life is on paper, and then write how different it would be if XYZ etc.etc.etc.etc. happens. You’ll get out a lot of your anger/frustration/hopes/dreams and such things can often lead to a feeling of temporary peace.
8.) Give yourself permission to *grieve*. Life CAN suck, you know… and it’s so important to acknowledge one’s own inner pain and sadness. As a matter of fact, have a personal grieving party- order your fav comfort foods, get your fav movies, and plop yourself in front of the TV/computer and indulge in a massive pity party. Again – you’re honoring the very very very REAL pain you might be experiencing (even if others say, jeepers, there’s millions of folks worse than you, buck up and stop being a tweeblehead! Decaf coffee to them I say. This is a time for you to take care of YOU).
What if you’ve lost someone dear to you?
9.) Write them a letter. Express how much you miss them. Honor the good times and if it comforts you, believe they are a guardian angel now for you while you’re still on earth.
10). Reach out to others who have lost the same person… perhaps get together to honor their memory once more.

It’s always better to be above ground than not, even when you feel utterly miserable (and yep – loss, toxic families, etc. can really smooshilate the holidays for anyone).
You do NOT have to be the victim of feeling icky and not doing anything.
You can take steps to address and honor what hurts you and turn it into something supportive for the future…
… lift the spirits for others…
… kick fate in the right direction….
And make 2018 *shine*.

Yesterday was rather good – encountered a NEW one:
Now, this is the 2K program I bought back from Michael Cheney in March.
Basically, you get the tools to sell all of his products for 100% commission (except his 7 Figure thingee – you get 50%, or 1K (or $550 twice) for the privilege of selling them all.
And I will admit – the man is a master of infotainment… and delivers what bunches of customers crave.
I myself don’t really shoot for the 2K sales…. instead, I’ll promote his quality goodies that range from $7 to $197 and you know something?
People *buy*.
I’ve more than made double (probably now triple) of my investment, so I am *very* happy with it… especially as its a lifetime membership!

Managed to get a normal amount of sleep, methinks.

Today, I am up at 4am right now. Yay! Slept for 7 hours – thing is, prior to that, I was awake for 35 hours with 1.5 hours of sleep mixed in there.
Wheeee.
So after this, I am going back to bed.
But! Picked up my 2 eldest, yay!
’tis great to see them.
Brought all home by, hmmm….. 11am? and planned on sleeping then but gnope. Stayed up until 8:30pm or so.
Ah well, it’s character building!

I’d love to say that Khan is improving by leaps and bounds but alas, he is not. 
However, he is not in visible pain and still has his moments when he can get his hind legs under himself and walk (he was able to open the deck door at 3am this morning, for example which requires hind leg strength)….
So we shall simply keep him ruling his realm with his mighty paws until he lets me know it’s time to go. It might be in a week, it might be in a month, it might be in a year. But I shall keep y’all up to date!
