Well folks, alas… that’s a big huge gnope.

But wouldn’t it be massively spiffy if such a thing happened?

I mean, you could ask CGPT or any particular app:

“Pls ensure I fall asleep from a nice normal 7pm until a nice normal 4am”

and then boom! Life would be joyous! I mean, you’d do things like your normal morning forum posts at a normal forum-posting time, instead of at 6:30pm or so!

Sigh.

Well, I *did* have 2 good days of achieving that, and then that flew out the window this particular morning. Oh well, these things happen – simply have to continue to set up the discipline of morning business routines.

But you know, now that I *am* fantasizing about (I hope you’re sitting down) normal sleeping patterns (stop laughing, y’all! Smile ), let me see what Twitter might say about AI and sleep:
